First Front Door Program

Buying your first home just got a whole lot easier! With the First Front Door (FFD) program, eligible first-time homebuyers who contribute as little as $1,500 toward their down payment and closing costs can receive up to $15,000 in grant assistance to help make homeownership affordable and achievable.

We also offer the First Front Door Keys program which offers up to $20,000 in grant funds for first-generation and minority first-time buyers who contribute a minimum of $1,000 of their own funds— boosting access to the keys to your new home.

Both programs are funded through FHLBank Pittsburgh in partnership with Clearview, helping you turn your hard-earned savings into a powerful stepping stone toward owning the home you’ve always wanted.
