According to a survey conducted by Morning Consult on behalf of the American Bankers Association, consumers continue to embrace digital banking channels for managing their bank account, with 48% of bank customers using apps on phones or other mobile devices and 23% using online banking via laptop or PC.

1. Bank from home with mobile deposit

Depositing checks from the comfort of your home is a snap! Using our mobile app, simply log in and tap Check deposit along the bottom menu. Select the account you wish to deposit your funds into and use the camera on your phone to snap photos of the front and back of your check. You'll then follow the remaining prompts to complete your mobile deposit on the go.

2. Start a video banking call with Clearview Live®

Need to apply for a new loan or credit card? Want to open a new checking or savings? Have some questions about your account? Available six days a week on your phone or personal computer, Clearview Live® is our video banking experience that allows you to bank from home and combines friendly, face-to-face service with modern convenience.

3. Protect your money with Card Defense®

Our Card Defense® app not only gives you real-time control of your debit or credit cards from your phone, it also adds an extra level of security to your cards. Using this app, you can report your card lost or stolen, turn cards off and on, set transaction and travel alerts, and even activate a card.

4. Chat with us while on the go

Say “hi” to Claire, our digital assistant! Claire is available to chat with you from our website, within digital banking, or by phone 24/7. While chatting, you can get answers to frequently asked questions, such as:

  • “How do I report fraud on my card?”
  • “What do I need to sign up for digital banking?”
  • “How do I apply for a car loan?”

If you need additional help, Claire can transfer you to our staff during our regular business hours.

5. Schedule an appointment

If you want to bank from home or on the go, save some time and schedule an appointment online! If you want to talk finances with our team, you can schedule a video banking call and meet to discuss opening an account, applying for a loan, or discuss business services when and where it’s most convenient for you.
