When you talk to Claire by phone, you can get additional account information without talking to staff.
Listen to your current account balances
Hear a list of recent transactions, withdrawals, or deposits
Make a transfer between your Clearview accounts
Make a loan or credit card payment to and from your Clearview accounts
How you can start a conversation
Website: Click the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen to start a chat with Claire.
Phone: Call 1-800-926-0003 and press 1 to get connected to Claire.
Online banking: Click the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen to start a chat with Claire.
Mobile app: Under More, select Claire, our digital assistant from the Connect with Us menu.
Claire can only return account information over the phone. For any protected information, you’ll need your member number and PIN.
Claire will transfer you to a live agent through chat when you ask for an agent, human, or use a similar phrase. If you ask Claire to speak with someone over the phone, she’ll send you back to the main menu of our 800 number so you can get connected. Our staff is available during our regular business hours. Yes. Claire will prompt you when you’re first connected with an option to use your keypad to receive account information.
