Claire is part of our staff here at Clearview! You get to interact with her when you chat with us on our website or within digital banking, or when you call our care center.   • Claire can only return account information over the phone. For any protected information, you’ll need your member number and PIN.

  • Claire can be reached 24/7 from our website or by calling 1-800-926-0003.


  • Claire will transfer you to a live agent through chat when you ask for an agent, human, or use a similar phrase. Our staff is available during our regular business hours. Please see our Contact Us page for more details.

  • Yes. Claire will prompt you when you’re first connected with an option to use your keypad to receive account information.
