How can you ever repay us? Actually, it's quite easy.

However you used your Clearview loan, we hope the funds brought  your Pittsburgh-area family happiness, satisfaction, or simply some relief. Now that it's time to make payments, we also want to make that process as pleasant as possible. We offer a number of easy electronic payment options, as well as the traditional methods of stopping by one of our financial centers or mailing a check.
  • Pay through online banking or with our app
  • Arrange for payments from accounts at other financial institutions
  • Schedule transfers to loan accounts from your checking account or direct deposit
  • Make use of our user-friendly telephone banking service
Online Banking
  • Transfer funds or set up a recurring transfer from your Clearview savings or checking accounts to make a payment on your loan or credit card.1
  • Make payments on your Clearview loan or credit card using an external checking account or debit card. Log in to online banking and select Pay my loan or credit card under the Payments tab.
  • Make Clearview credit card payments using an external checking or savings account. Log in to online banking and select Manage my credit card under the Manage account tab.
Clearview’s Mobile App2
  • Transfer funds from your Clearview savings or checking account to your loan or credit card within the Mobile App.1
  • Make payments to your Clearview loan or credit cards using an external checking account or debit card. Log in to the app and select Pay my loan or credit card from the Payments tab.
  • Use Mobile Deposit. Just take a photo of a check you received or a personal check you wrote, deposit it to your Clearview account, and then transfer the money to make your loan or credit card payment.1
Make a Payment Portal
  • Make a one-time payment to your loan without logging in to digital banking using our Make a Payment Portal.
  • Access the portal with your account number and last four digits of your Social Security number. You can pay your loan with either a debit card of ACH transfer.
  • All payments made through this portal will incur a $4.95 convenience fee. Additional late payment fees may also apply for past-due loan amounts.
  • Loan payoffs as well as payments for business loans, Midwest mortgages, and credit cards cannot be performed through this payment channel.
ACH Options
  • ACH Direct Deposit: Set up direct deposit with your employer and contact us to have automatic transfers made to your loan accounts each time a direct deposit is received. Contact Clearview at 1-800-926-0003 or stop by any financial center for your ABA # and correct account number.
  • ACH Debit Origination: Have your loan payment withdrawn directly from your checking account at another financial institution to make your loan payment. Contact Clearview at 1-800-926-0003 or stop by any financial center for your ABA# and correct account number.
Pay in Person
  • Visit a Clearview financial center. Stop into any of our locations to make loan or credit card payments in person.
  • Use Clearview Live® Video Banking. Make loan or credit card payment face-to-face with our staff from your phone, computer or one of our video teller machines.
  • Visit a CO-OP Shared Branch. Clearview is part of a shared branching network called CO-OP Shared Branch that links thousands of credit unions nationwide. You may stop into any Shared Branch to make a loan or credit card payment.
Payments by Phone
  • Electronic Payment by Phone: Call our Care Center at 1-800-926-0003 to make your payment from your debit card or checking account at another financial institution to your Clearview loan or credit card. There is a service fee per transaction.
  • Over the Phone Transfer: Call our Care Center at 1-800-926-0003 to make your payment from your savings or checking account at Clearview or to your Clearview loan or credit card. There is a service fee per transaction.
Midwest Loan Services
  • You can conveniently access your mortgage information online. To do so, you must first register by clicking on the “Borrower Registration” tab on the Midwest Mortgage website. You will need your loan number and Social Security number to access any information.
  • Online Banking: Transfer funds from your Clearview savings account(s) or checking account to your make your mortgage payment.1

Our goal is to provide members with a loan decision within 24 hours after the application is received. Many times an answer can be given on the spot.

Please have this information ready about the covered person:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Date of event
  • Cause of event

You can start the process online at securian.com/benefits and following the steps below. 

  • Select the “bank, credit union, finance company, mortgage company” button
  • Click on “Start a new claim”
  • Once the claim is received, it will be reviewed and you will be notified if it is approved, denied, or if more information is needed
  • Please continue making the loan payments until a claim decision is communicated to you
  • Once you’ve reported a claim, access your claim information and status at securian.com/benefits
If you are reporting a claim that includes a protected credit card, please indicate such within the online comment section.
Yes, our Loss of Life protection is available on most consumer loans for just pennies a day up to a maximum of $100,000. Mortgages are excluded. Credit card balances can also be protected up to $100,000.
You're a member of Clearview when you open a savings account with just $10. Membership is open to is open to those who live, work, worship, attend school, or volunteer within our 10 county Western Pennsylvania footprint. You may also qualify if you are an immediate family member or share a residence with a current Clearview member. Once you’ve joined Clearview, you may remain a member for life, even if you move!
 
If you're not currently a member and are approved for a loan, your general membership is built in to that process. Learn more about eligibility and benefits.
We use email to communicate with digital banking users. Please log in to digital banking and select My profile under Manage account. Under Personal Information, type your new email address in the Email section and click the Update button. You can also call us at 1-800-926-0003 and we'll make this change for you.
If you're unable to use any other methods to make a payment to your loan or credit card, please send payments to the following addresses:

You can also make a one-time payment to your loan without logging in to digital banking using our Make a Payment Portal. There's a service fee per transaction. We have payment options in digital banking where you can avoid a fee. Business loans, Midwest mortgages, and credit cards cannot be performed through this payment channel.
