Be sure to bring the requested documentation to your appointment. You can request a Subsistence Certificate online at dos.pa.gov. A fee is required.
1. Subsistence Certificate (fka Certificate of Good Standing) is acquired from the PA Department of State (717-787-1057).
Documents needed
  • Government ID for all authorized signers
  • EIN Certificate
  • Partnership Agreement
  • Subsistence Certificate1 or Articles of Incorporation
