Originally from Mexico and raised in Texas, Adrian Fierro has called Pittsburgh home for many years and has built both his career and his community here. His journey has given him an appreciation for different cultures, communities, and perspectives—and has shaped his belief that meaningful relationships begin with taking the time to listen and understand people.

Adrian recently joined Clearview Federal Credit Union as a Relationship Development Officer, where he focuses on developing relationships with local businesses and organizations and connecting them with Clearview’s financial solutions and Partner Program. He enjoys being out in the community, meeting business leaders, learning their stories, and finding opportunities to create relationships that benefit both their organizations and the people they serve.

With more than a decade of experience in financial services, Adrian has held roles spanning banking, branch leadership, business development, and community engagement. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on building trust, creating meaningful connections, and helping people achieve their financial goals. Beyond his work at Clearview, Adrian is actively involved in Pittsburgh’s business and nonprofit community. He serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Three Rivers Business Alliance, supporting professional development, networking, advocacy, and economic opportunities throughout the region.

For Adrian, community has always been an important part of both his personal and professional life. Having grown up in one part of the country, built his roots in another, and now calling Pittsburgh home, he understands the value of creating connections across different backgrounds and communities. That perspective continues to influence the way he approaches relationships—with curiosity, authenticity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Outside of work and community involvement, Adrian enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Pittsburgh’s neighborhoods and restaurants, and discovering new experiences throughout the city. Adrian is excited to be part of the Clearview team and looks forward to building new relationships, creating meaningful partnerships, and helping Clearview continue to make a positive impact throughout the communities we serve.
