Pittsburgh, PA – October 7, 2025 The Clearview Foundation, the newly established philanthropic arm of Clearview Federal Credit Union, hosted its First Annual Golf Outing on Friday, September 26, at Rolling Acres Golf Course in Beaver County, PA. The event welcomed more than 100 golfers and 30 sponsors, raising $37,000 to support the Foundation’s mission of awarding grants to nonprofit organizations across Southwestern Pennsylvania and ensuring that critical resources reach the people who need them most.
Since launching in April 2025, the Clearview Foundation has awarded $21,200 in grants to 13 organizations in the greater Pittsburgh region. These nonprofits are creating meaningful change by addressing community needs such as food insecurity, affordable housing, accessible transportation, and inclusive education. Foundation funding helps expand programs, strengthen resources, and reach more individuals who rely on these services for essential support.
“This outing was powerful show of what can happen when businesses, community members, and nonprofits come together for a shared purpose,” said Erin Forrester, President of the Clearview Foundation & AVP Public Relations & Community Engagement at Clearview Federal Credit Union. “The generosity of our sponsors and golfers will allow us to continue uplifting our neighbors and strengthening the communities we proudly serve.”
The Foundation extends a special thanks to its top sponsors, Lombardo Industries and Par Mar Stores, whose partnership and generous contributions played a vital role in the success of the event.
The golf outing marks the beginning of a new tradition for the Clearview Foundation, further advancing its commitment to empowering local communities and creating lasting impact.
