Does the Credit Union offer 100% financing on new and used car/truck loans?

The Credit Union finances 100% of the sticker price of any new car or truck including state tax and title fees. On used vehicles, we lend 100% of the retail value of the used car/truck based on the current NADA book value.

How quickly can I be approved for a loan?

Our goal is to provide members with a loan decision within 24 hours after the application is received. Many times an answer can be given on the spot.

Does the Credit Union offer Loss of Life protection on loans?

Yes, our Loss of Life protection is available on most consumer loans for just pennies a day up to a maximum of $100,000. First mortgages are excluded. Credit card balances can also be protected up to $100,000.

Who do I call to answer questions concerning my credit card balances, transactions and payment records?

Call Cardholder Services at 1-800-790-7728.

Who do I call if I lose or have my credit card stolen?

Call the Lost and Stolen Card Line at 1-800-449-7728

Can I pay my credit card bill online with Online Banking?

Yes, you simply transfer funds from your Checking or Savings to Credit Card from within Online Banking. You can also pay your credit card bill using an external checking account or debit card. Log in to Online Banking and select Pay my Loan or Credit Card under the Move Money tab.

Can I use my Clearview Debit Card to get cash at another financial institution?

Yes, you can use your card at any bank or credit union that honors Mastercard® transactions. Ask for a cash advance in order to receive your cash. The withdrawal will then be automatically deducted from your checking account.

Can I use my Clearview Debit Card to make purchases and get cash at merchant locations?

Yes, you can use your debit card to make purchases, or get cash back at any merchant that offers cash back and accepts Mastercard.  The funds will be deducted from your Checking account.

Daily, how much money can I withdraw as a cash advance or use for purchases with my Clearview Debit Card?

You can use up to $2,500 daily in purchases or cash advances with your Clearview Debit Card in addition to the $500 maximum ATM withdrawal limit.

Do you have any tips when using my Clearview Debit or Credit Card internationally?

If you are traveling internationally please take the following steps:

  • Contact Clearview at 1-800-926-0003, prior to your departure with the dates, and cities you will be traveling to so we can notate your cards for travel.
  • Take more than one form of payment ie; debit card, credit card, etc.
  • Make sure you have a PIN (Personal Identification Numbers) set up on all cards you will be taking with you, as you will be asked for a PIN number if using your card outside of the U.S.
  • To set up a PIN:
