Hair Peace Charities Spotlight

Learn more about our 2nd annual Tee It Up for Charity contest winner.

Each year, our Tee It Up for Charity contest awards a Western Pennsylvania 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity with a donation to help support its cause. Nominations are submitted via a short video that identifies the charity being nominated, the person making the nomination, and why his or her chosen charity should win.

About this year’s winner

Hair Peace Charities helps women and girls of all ages in Western Pennsylvania who are going through cancer treatments. It offers patients support to cope with the disease, to find confidence throughout the healing process, and provides up to $200 toward the cost of a wig for those undergoing chemotherapy.

Hair Peace Charities has received GuideStar’s Seal of Transparency, so you know your donation reaches those in need. You can also select Hair Peace Charities as your charity of choice to benefit from your AmazonSmile purchases.

Meet the founder of Hair Peace Charities

We virtually sat down with the winner of our 2nd Annual Tee It Up for Charity contest (and cancer survivor), Bonny Diver, to talk about Hair Peace Charities. In our interview, she discussed how Clearview’s $5,000 donation will help her mission and how she rallied her supporters to receive 2,936 votes for this year’s win. Check out our conversation below!

Thanks again to Bonny for sitting down with us, and thanks to everyone who participated in this year's contest!
