Misplaced your debit card? We’ve been there. Let Card DefenseTM give you the peace of mind that your accounts are safe while you locate your card.
Card DefenseTM provides you with the ability to quickly turn off your card if you’ve misplaced it. Simply log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App to temporarily suspend your card. Once you’ve found it, follow the same steps to turn your card back on.

Can’t find your card? No problem. Easily report your card lost or stolen within Card DefenseTM with the press of a button. A new card will automatically be mailed to you within 7-10 business days. If you need to cancel your card for any reason, Card DefenseTM can do that too!

Card DefenseTM can be accessed through Online Banking by clicking the Card DefenseTM link under  ‘Additional Services’ and the Mobile App by navigating to the ‘More…’ menu and tapping the Card DefenseTM link.
No, Card DefenseTM  is a free feature available to members with debit cards.
Card DefenseTM is currently only available for debit cards. We are actively working to include credit cards, so stay tuned!
Navigate to Card DefenseTM by clicking the link under ‘Additional Services’ in Online Banking or by tapping the Card DefenseTM link under the ‘More..’ menu on the Mobile App. In the upper right-hand corner in Online Banking or beneath your card in the Mobile App, you will see a Card Status switch. Simply click the switch to turn your card on or off. If the switch is green, your card is on! If it is grey, your card is turned off.

When you turn your card off, it will be temporarily suspended and be denied if attempting to make a purchase or ATM transaction.
You can turn off or turn on your card as many times as you need through Online Banking or the Mobile App.
No. Turning off your card only affects that card. The other cards on the account are still able to be used for purchases. If you need to turn off all debit cards, you will need to turn off each card individually.
If you believe your card is lost or has been stolen, select the ‘Report Lost/Stolen’ button within Card DefenseTM. Your card will be deactivated and a new card will arrive in the mail within 7-10 business days. If you suspect any fraud and have additional questions, contact our Care Center at 1-800-926-0003 after reporting your card stolen.
Your card will no longer appear in Card DefenseTM if you’ve reported it lost, stolen, or canceled. If you reported it lost or stolen, a new card is on its way. You should expect to see the new card appear in Card DefenseTM in 1-2 days.
Your card can be turned off for one consecutive month. If your card has been turned off longer than one consecutive month, your card will be closed and you will need to request a new card. 
No. Due to security reasons, after you report your card lost/stolen it is no longer able to be used. You will need to wait for your replacement card to arrive in the mail within 7-10 business days.
