Clearview Federal Credit Union
Pittsburgh’s largest credit union receives awards honoring workplace culture and providing excellent financial services to the region.
Pittsburgh, PA, September 29, 2022… Clearview Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in the Pittsburgh region, was recently awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Top Workplaces program and voted Best Credit Union by the readers of the Pittsburgh City Paper.
Winners of the Top Workplaces are determined through a third-party employee survey conducted by employee engagement technology partner Energage. The anonymous employee survey uniquely measures culture essentials that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, connection, and performance. The survey also measures employee engagement, leadership, and the basics (pay, benefits, training, employee expectations).
The Pittsburgh City Paper Best Credit Union award was decided through two rounds of public voting through their website. Clearview was one of nine local credit unions nominated for this award.
Clearview is dedicated to its vision of helping people to enjoy a better life. This includes creating a culture that focuses on providing an exceptional experience for their employees, members, and the communities it serves.
"Our employees, members, and community are at the core of everything we do,” said Ron Celaschi, President & CEO of Clearview. “As a Pittsburgh-based organization, it is incredibly rewarding to be recognized by these groups, who trust Clearview to provide an exceptional work culture and environment accompanied by providing convenient financial solutions that meet their everyday needs. Clearview will remain committed to making our organization a great workplace and a trusted financial partner that our members and community can count on to enjoy a better life."
