Clearview Federal Credit Union Receives Top Workplace and Best Credit Union Recognition

Pittsburgh’s largest credit union receives awards honoring workplace culture and providing excellent financial services to the region.

Pittsburgh, PA, September 29, 2022… Clearview Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in the Pittsburgh region, was recently awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Top Workplaces program and voted Best Credit Union by the readers of the Pittsburgh City Paper.

Winners of the Top Workplaces are determined through a third-party employee survey conducted by employee engagement technology partner Energage. The anonymous employee survey uniquely measures culture essentials that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, connection, and performance. The survey also measures employee engagement, leadership, and the basics (pay, benefits, training, employee expectations).

The Pittsburgh City Paper Best Credit Union award was decided through two rounds of public voting through their website. Clearview was one of nine local credit unions nominated for this award.
