Friends help friends.

When you refer a new member to Clearview, we’ll pay you and the person you refer $1001!

How it works

  • Be sure your friend or family member meets our membership requirements.2
  • Your referred member must include promo code REF and your name when asked for the referring member information.
  • Fill out the form below and we'll send your friend an email on your behalf with all of the details.
You can open your account online, at one of our financial centers, or with Clearview Live®.
1. The referred member must open a new membership with a savings account, any checking account with a debit card, and eStatements. Ten Point of Sale, PIN, or Signature-based debit transactions from the new checking account must be performed within 45 days of account opening. The bonuses will be deposited to the referred member’s account and the referring member's account once these conditions are met. The bonus will be reported to the IRS for tax purposes. If the referred account is closed within six months once the conditions have been met, the bonuses must be reimbursed to Clearview.

Clearview reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notification, to limit the number of times a referring member may receive the referral bonus, or to disqualify a member from receiving the bonus.

Clearview reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offer at any time, without prior notification.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

2. Membership is open to people who live, work, worship, attend school, or volunteer in the Southwestern Pennsylvania community, which includes Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland counties. Membership is also open to immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild), of a current or potential Clearview member, as well as persons living within the same residence and maintaining a single economic unit with a current Clearview member or eligible primary member.

Referred members must be at least eighteen years of age and eligible for membership at Clearview. A referred member cannot be a current or past primary or joint owner of an account at Clearview. By completing an application for any account at Clearview, you authorize Clearview to check your account, credit and employment history, and obtain reports from third parties, including credit reporting agencies, to verify your eligibility for the accounts and services you request.

Employees, the Board of Directors, and the Supervisory Committee of Clearview Federal Credit Union are not eligible.
