You are applying for membership in Clearview Federal Credit Union. By submitting this application you agree to conform to the bylaws and any amendments of the credit union and the terms and conditions of the savings account. You also agree to pay any charges, or fees, and Par Value which may be required or, addressed under such bylaws. You acknowledge receiving a copy of the terms, conditions and disclosures applicable to the savings account that you open with this application. You acknowledge that a Membership and Account Agreement and Truth in Savings Rate and Fee Schedule, along with other account documents, will be forwarded to you within 10 days. You further understand and agree that you shall be bound by the terms and conditions of any other deposit account that you may later open. The Internal Revenue Service does not require your consent to any provision of this document other than the certifications required to avoid backup withholding.

Membership in Clearview is open to people who live, work, worship, attend school or volunteer in businesses and legal entities in the Southwestern Pennsylvania community which includes Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland counties.

Membership is also open to both immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild) of a current Clearview member or eligible primary members, as well as persons living within the same residence and maintaining a single economic unit with a current Clearview member or eligible primary member.
