Each Clearview Checking account offers clean, carbonless copies of each check, detailed monthly statements, and pre-authorized payments. Our checking accounts also include the following services with special features to help simplify life:
Clearview Debit Card
Your Clearview Debit Card is the perfect companion to your Checking account. Your debit card looks like a credit card, but works like a check. You can use your debit card anywhere you see the MasterCard logo - hotels, restaurants, department and specialty stores, grocery stores, etc. - to make purchases. The amount of your purchase is then deducted from your Clearview Checking account. Use your debit card to make purchases an unlimited number of times per month at no charge.
Your debit card also allows you to access your checking and/or Savings accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at any MONEY STATION, STAR regional ATM or PLUS system ATM worldwide. You can also use your card to get cash at national and international ATMs displaying the MasterCard logo.
You receive eight (8) free ATM transactions per month with each subsequent transaction incurring a $1 charge. A transaction is a withdrawal, a deposit*, a transfer, or an inquiry. There is no charge for transactions performed at Clearview Federal Credit Union owned ATMs.
Unfortunately Clearview Federal Credit Union cannot be responsible for surcharges imposed by other financial institutions for the use of their ATMs. If you use an ATM not owned by us, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator or any network used to complete the transfer (and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry). The fee will be debited from your account if you elect to complete the transaction or continue with the balance inquiry. We urge you to be cautious and try to avoid using ATMs that charge a fee.

To change the PIN of your debit or ATM card, simply call 1-866-985-2273, or you can make the change using any STAR Network ATM that offers this service.

Overdraft Protection
Overdraft Protection is an indispensable partner to your Clearview Checking account, providing the security you need with no effort on your part. In the event that you overdraw your Checking Account, a maximum of six (6) automatic transfers per month per account (including transfers made by Online Banking, TellerPhone,or automatic transfers) can be made from your Savings, and/or your Money Market account, and/or your Member's Choice account. You can have an unlimited number of Overdraft Protection transfers from your PowerLine Line of Credit.
Overdraft Protection is both convenient and accessible and you choose the priority in which you would like the transfers to be made from these accounts. Transfers in amounts of $100 or more will be made from Savings, Members Choice, Money Market and PowerLine.

Online Banking is our FREE online service that allows you to effectively manage your accounts and services 24 hours, seven days a week from any computer with Internet access!

Free 24-Hour telephone banking
TellerPhone is our FREE Audio Response System. Members on the go can dial directly into TellerPhone 24 hours a day, seven days a week to access information or transact business on their accounts. To access TellerPhone, simply call 1-800-926-1188 or (412) 269-3060.
To access TellerPhone, you'll need:
- A touch-tone phone
- Your Clearview account number
- Your 4-digit ESP (Electronic Services PIN), which you selected when you signed up for TellerPhone
- The last 4-digits of the primary account holder's social security number

An added benefit of the TellerPhone system is your ability to perform cross-account transfers! This feature will allow you to transfer money from your account to another member's account on which you are a joint owner. In order for you to perform cross-account transfers, you will need to download and complete* the cross-account transfer form. Mail the completed form to Clearview at 8805 University Boulevard, Moon Township, PA 15108.
* The cross-account transfer form and the TellerPhone menu are an Adobe Acrobat PDF formatted file and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to print. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, download it free from Adobe.
