eMarketing Supervisor

Location: Moon Twp.
Bring your eMarketing experience to Clearview Federal Credit Union! Design & implement electronic marketing & promotional strategies for Clearview products & services utilizing social media, website, mobile communications & email. Salary commensurate with experience/excellent benefit package.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education equivalent to two years of college or Associates Degree required. BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; Minimum three years experience in eMarketing, web design and supervision required. 
  • Develop, schedule and execute comprehensive electronic marketing campaigns for Clearview products and services utilizing multiple forms of communication including: social media, Clearview’s website, mobile communications and targeted e-mails. 
  • MAC Graphic Design experience required (Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of PC & MAC; HTML experience required.
  • Knowledge of Adobe SiteCatalyst software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills.

Duties
Manage all facets of company website, including designing web pages and developing organization and navigation of website. Serve as final approval for certain website content generated by others. Develop and coordinate comprehensive Search Engine Marketing programs. Coordinate creation of co-branded websites hosted by vendors and partner organizations. Serve as Marketing Department liaison to hosting organization to coordinate ongoing issues regarding live co-branded sites. Compose, proofread and edit electronic documents. Track website analytics and review reports. Incorporate changes to website and other electronic media based on findings. Coordinate comprehensive e-mail programs by developing, writing, editing, optimizing and sending targeted e-mails. Write copy and select/design images for new web pages, proofread and edit copy of existing web pages, select/design images to be used on existing web pages. Monitor and manage Clearview’s presence on social media sites.


Branch Manager

Location: Natrona Heights

Minimum Qualifications

  • Business or Finance Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.  High school diploma or equivalent plus appropriate technical coursework required.
  • Minimum two years similar or related experience required; Experience in an operation within a financial service industry preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage the activities of the branch in a highly competitive market – branch growth, marketing promotions, sales, facilities, and operational changes.
  • Commercial/Business account experience – well versed in business deposit services and cash management services.
  • Cash Management experience – ability to manage cash operations – audits, teller security, branch balancing.
  • FI Knowledge/Experience – solid knowledge base of consumer deposit accounts and consumer loans.  Consumer loan authority is a plus.
  • Sales Management experience – leading sales,coaching, establishing goals, measuring results and establishing employee sales plans.
  • Ability to maintain a strong, professional image with community involvement and networking. 
  • Partner with Business Development Calling Officer to strengthen member relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Card Services Representative I

Department: Deposit Operations
Location: Moon
Minimum Salary: $1,650 per month; salary commensurate with experience
Reports To: AVP – Operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • ATM/debit card knowledge/experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
  • Follow written and oral instructions; organize work to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Present a positive and professional image to members, co-workers, vendors through effective and courteous verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Credit Union policies, procedures and practices.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexible working hours.

Normal Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Rotating Saturday’s: 9:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Schedule and/or hours may change based on operational needs of the dept.

Duties
Answer phones perform adjustments, process mail received, and other requests as required. Review member emails and respond in a timely manner. Utilize core system to order, replace, and status cards. Use Synapsys to notate information as required. Provide comprehensive member service (internal and external). Investigate cardholder inquiries and dispute/fraud cases for ATM/Debit cards. Process forms; submit electronically to PSCU and CUNA. Review and complete various daily reports including lost/ stolen cards, member adjustments, exception reports, and fraud transactions. Update member card information on the STAR system and PSCU as needed. Send items to Optical as completed. Review and complete monthly reports to keep our database current. Maintain thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services and educate members based on their financial needs. Attend required Credit Union training & meetings. Support and demonstrate Clearview’s internal and external Service Standards. Other duties as assigned.


Part-time Financial Advisor

Department: Branch Operations
Location: Hopewell
Minimum Salary: $11.28 per hour; salary commensurate with experience
Reports To: AVP – Operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent member service skills
  • Ability to build relationships through sales and service
  • Good communication skills in person and on telephone
  • Above average knowledge of Credit Union products and services
  • Knowledge of lending products
  • Possess good analytical skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on operational needs
  • Dependable with a good attendance record

Normal Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:45am to 5:15pm
Friday - 8:45am to 6:15pm
Saturday: Rotating hours 8:45am to 1:15pm; scheduled up to 3 saturdays/month
Schedule based on operational needs

Duties
Receive and process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan/Visa payments on member accounts in person and requests by mail. Educate members about Credit Union products and services where appropriate and actively contribute toward meeting individual and credit union sales and service goals. Perform daily work tasks such as computer entry of change of address, stop payments, etc. Set up and disburse loan applications. Assist members with account problems. Open a variety of sub-share accounts and Certificates of Deposit. Process wire transfer requests. Provide NADA book quotes for used automobile prices. Attend required Credit Union training and meetings. Handle other duties as assigned


Consumer Lending Representative I

Department: Consumer Lending
Location: Moon
Minimum Salary: $1,650 per month; salary commensurate with experience
Reports To: Director - Lending

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum six months similar or related experience required.
  • Loan experience preferred.
  • Provide courteous, prompt and excellent service to members and co-workers.
  • Above average knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
  • Ability to cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
  • Possess good analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple duties.
  • Excellent follow through techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Maintain a positive outlook.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy with lending processing.

  • Strong PC skills.
  • Excellent typing skills.

Duties
Answer telephone lending inquiries from members or co-workers. Read and process email and Lending Phone Requests throughout the day. Disburse loans approved by loan officers or 1A representatives. Provide research on member accounts in a timely manner. Process corrections and adjustments for loan maintenance or loan disbursal errors. Process GAP certificates or refund requests. Prepare lending documents for Optical. Title processing back-up, release titles, lien release letters, assist Title Specialist as needed. KLA loan processing back-up, opening new Share accounts for non members including OFAC review, setting up loan applications, disbursing loans. Provide loan payoffs. Process Collateral Protection Insurance premium increases and refunds as needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services. Attend required Credit Union training and meetings. Handle other duties as assigned.
