Collector

Location: Robinson
Minimum Salary: $2,240 per month; salary commensurate with experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Credit Union collections or collections in a financial institution experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Federal and Pennsylvania State Fair Debt Collection Laws
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Experience using multiple systems and software (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience dealing with bankruptcy/foreclosures/workouts/legal accounts/collection agencies/credit consumer counseling

Normal Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. 
Friday or Thursday: 10:30 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Must work one Saturday per month from 9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
Schedule based upon operational needs.

Duties

Responsible for collection of a variety of collection accounts including but not limited to pre-delinquency/workouts/charge offs from delinquent queue(s). Document all conversation regarding member accounts in appropriate systems. Knowledge of skip tracing and using other available tools within other systems. Adhere to specified call volume minimums. Research accounts and contact members via phone and mail to determine reason account is past due concluding with an up-to-date or paid in full status. Send appropriate letters/documentation in a timely manner. Comply with collection laws and internal policies and procedures. Attend required Credit Union training and meetings. Handle other duties as assigned.


Part-Time MCIF/Marketing Analyst

Location: Moon
Department: Marketing
Minimum Salary: $15.25 per hour minimum; salary commensurate with experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Required education equivalent to two years of college or an Associate’s Degree
  • 2-4 years experience in utilizing MCIF required or Touche preferred database marketing technology
  • Marketing experience/knowledge preferred in research, statistics and product development
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook); SQL experience preferred
     
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple duties and deadlines with accuracy
  • Must be dependable and maintain a good attendance record

Duties

Administer the MCIF database tracking system. Create and interpret reports, mailing lists, and analyses to support credit union initiatives. Identify members and prospects for targeted promotions. Establish and track objectives for promotions. Provide research support for the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing plans and initiatives. Provide research support to assist in evaluation and developing products and services. Present information to internal departments including management. Utilize knowledge of statistical methods to recommend strategies for achieving goals. Provide research information to support strategic planning initiatives. Provide detailed analysis and recommendations with minimal direction. Provide support to all departments. Prepare marketing data for vendor/partner use. Stay informed about credit union topics and regulations in the community. Attend meetings and training activities as before, during and/or after work hours. Add to departmental and personal development by consistently increasing awareness/knowledge of industry skills. Assist AVP Marketing and Marketing Manager in evaluating, pricing, and replacing computer equipment and software to keep MCIF up to date. Handle other duties as assigned.  


Part-Time Teller

Location: Lower Burrell, Moon Township
Minimum Salary: $9.50 per hour; salary commensurate with experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Teller experience preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and possess good analytical skills
  • Excellent member service skills
  • Demonstrated cross-selling skills
  • Good communication skills in person and on the telephone
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Familiar with the use of computers
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on operational needs
  • Good attendance record

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Friday: 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Saturday: 9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

 

Lower Burrell Position:
Monday - Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
Thursday: 9:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Saturday: 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

Variable schedule including three Saturdays per month.
Flexible schedule based upon operational needs.


Duties

Receive and process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan/Visa payments and Visa cash advances on member accounts in person and requests by mail. Balance all assigned cash daily and ensure security of teller area. Process shared branch transactions. Perform daily work tasks such as computer entry of change of address, stop payments, etc. Cross-sell Credit Union products and services where appropriate or refer member to necessary staff. Answer member questions and provide appropriate suggestions to financial needs. Attend required Credit Union training and meetings. Handle other duties as assigned. 


IT Operator

Location: Moon Township
Minimum Salary: $1,830 per month; salary commensurate with experience
Reports to: AVP - IT

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Aptitude for following detailed instructions to complete routine tasks
  • Functional working knowledge of a graphical user desktop environment
  • Ability to directly interact with staff at all levels of organization
  • Demonstrated capability for attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with documents utilized in a financial services environment
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to perform minor troubleshooting on document capture devices

Hours may vary based on operational needs

Duties

  • Daily breakdown, preparation, scanning and indexing of documents
  • ON-US checks – scan and index these documents using OCR for Forms software
  • NSF checks – scan and index into Imaging System same day or by next day
  • Scan and index any backlog documents
  • Prepare and send scanned and indexed documents to off-site storage
  • Handle routine maintenance of Document Imaging equipment
  • Maintain updated, detailed electronically stored procedures
  • Assist organization staff with any IT Operations issues
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of current IT Operations procedures
  • Consistently capture an average of 2,500 ONUS & NSF checks per week
  • Consistently capture an average of 7,500 documents per week
  • Attend required Credit Union training
  • Perform computer operations duties in a backup role when required
  • Handle other duties as assigned
