Your standard variable rate is based on the Prime Rate plus a margin, which is determined by your creditworthiness. Clearview loans and Visa balances are not eligible for the discounted balance transfer rate. Rate is subject to change without notice. Promotional period is effective from February 1 until May 31, 2012. Clearview Business Visa and Home Equity Visa cards are excluded. Must be 18 to complete an application for approval.
