Please note that you will continue to receive both a paper and electronic statement for two billing cycles after registering for Visa electronic statements. After two billing cycles, your paper billing statements will no longer be sent to you. At any time, you may choose to discontinue electronic statements and return to paper statements by accessing the Online Services screen in Online Banking and modifying your delivery preferences.
If a paper statement for your account is needed, you may use the PDF download option within Online Banking, or by contacting Clearview at 1-800-926-003. Please be advised that there may be a charge for requesting copies of your statements, per the latest Rate & Fee schedule.
