Director - Contact Center

Clearview Federal Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic professional to direct the activities of our Contact Center. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading multi-focused customer service teams, preferably in a call center setting within the financial services industry, the ability to manage in a fast-paced, technology rich, changing environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional departments, developing and coaching team members (with special focus on management team members), and developing strategies that drive exceptional service, sales, and efficiencies. If you have at least 3 years of experience with first mortgages, possess a strong knowledge of FNMA guidelines, and have great organizational skills, you are the person for our Mortgage Processing Representative II position.
