Who do I call if I lose or have my Visa credit card stolen?
Call our Visa Hotline, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Visa Customer Service:
Platinum and Gold Cards - 1-800-790-7728
Classic Card - 1-800-654-7728.

Can I pay my Visa bill online with PCU?
Yes, you simply transfer funds from your Checking or Savings to Credit Card from within PCU.

Can I use my Clearview Debit Card to get cash at another financial institution?
Yes, you can use your card at any bank or credit union that honors MasterCard transactions. Ask for a cash advance in order to receive your cash. The withdrawal will then be automatically deducted from your checking account.

Can I use my Clearview Debit Card to make purchases and get cash at
merchant locations?

Yes, you can use your card at any merchant that honors MasterCard transactions. The withdrawal will then be automatically deducted from your checking account. However, you may not get a receipt for transactions less than $15.00.

Daily, how much money can I withdraw as a cash advance or use for purchases with my Clearview Debit Card?
You can use up to $1000 daily in purchases or cash advances with your Clearview Debit Card in addition to the $400 maximum ATM withdrawal limit.
