Return Item Fee
Effective November 1, 2007, a slight adjustment will be made regarding Return
Item Fees when making deposits into any of your Clearview accounts.
If a member deposits his/her own check from another financial institution, into
any of their
Clearview accounts, and that check is returned due to insufficient funds, stop
payment, or
for other reasons, the Return Item Fee will be $25.
If a check from a second party is deposited into any Clearview account, and that
check is
returned, the Return Item Fee will remain $10.
Warehouse Fee
Beginning November 1, 2007, all fees will be posted to Clearview member accounts
at the time
the fees are incurred. Effective October 31, 2007, member accounts will reflect
past due fees
that have been “warehoused.”
