Can you believe that it's already fall? Clearview had a great summer and we are
already off to
a very busy start this autumn.
We recently held our Clearview Charity Golf Outing at Black Hawk Golf Course,
Beaver Falls,
Pa., on September 22, 2007. It was wonderful to see so many new
faces mingling with our long-time members on the greens this year. All of our
proceeds benefited Variety The Children's
Charity,
and they were thrilled with the results. Thank you to all our members, guests
and employees who helped make this event such a great success.
From raising funds to raising awareness, Clearview continues to support our
community by
offering free educational seminars to area residents. Upcoming topics include
buying your first home and using your home equity. A detailed article can be
found on page two. We hope to
see you there.
Finally, former member of the Clearview Board of Directors, Paul E. Mitsch, has
announced his resignation. He has served 10 years with the Credit Union. During
this time, he volunteered his services unpaid for the well-being of our members.
Paul has been instrumental in shaping
our
current vision and direction of the Credit Union. He has helped determine
the needs of our members, and played a vital role in the development of products
and services that all of us
enjoy today. We wish Paul the absolute best as he pursues additional
opportunities for his
growing business. The development and success of the Credit Union is due in no
small part to
his many dedicated years of service.
Each and every member of Clearview is valued, and we want to make sure that all
of our
members continue to experience the same high-quality service they are
accustomed to receiving - be it through
our new, convenient locations,
or by way of our extensive Electronic Services and Shared Branching Network. As
always, if you ever have a question or concern, never hesitate to contact me
directly at president@clearviewfcu.org Sincerely,
Mark S. Brennan
