Our TellerPhone audio response
system has been providing free telephone access to your
Credit Union accounts for many years, and we are finalizing an upgrade that will
make it
even more useful for you. Starting April 19th, TellerPhone will add these
advanced features:
- Speech Recognition:
In addition to the current touch-tone mode, you will be
able to respond using directed voice commands.
- Natural Voice: There
will be a natural voice option as well, which will allow you to
perform inquiries and transactions without using a structured call flow
menu. For
example, you will be able to say things like, “Transfer $20.95 from checking
to
savings.” This new option will save you time and keypad entries, as you will
not
have to navigate menus to perform most tasks.
- TeleLoan (Loans by
Phone): You will be able to access TeleLoan via TellerPhone.
- Customized Call Flow:
When using the Touch Tone or Speech Recognition modes,
you will only be presented with options that apply to you! For example, if
you don’t
have an IRA, you won’t be given menu items for IRAs. This will save you from
having
to listen to options that you don’t use.

- Increased Capacity:
We want to make sure that you never get a busy signal when
you call, so we are doubling the number of lines available to take your
calls.
To allow for the upgrade,
TellerPhone will be unavailable for a short time on April 19, 2006.
Your call will instead be routed to our Service Center where a Clearview
Representative will
assist you with your transaction.
