Part-Time Phone Service Center Representative
Department:Phone Service Center Location: Moon Salary: $9.15/per hour minimum; salary commensurate with experience Reports to: AVP - Branch & Member Services
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent member service skills.
- Exceptional telephone communication and human relation skills.
- Above average knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
- Possess good analytical skills.
- Familiar with the use of computers.
- Ability to handle a variety of duties.
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- Flexibility in workings hours.
- Must remain in the position one year.
- Good attendance record.
Duties:
Answer member telephone inquiries and provide appropriate suggestions to financial needs. Provide accurate and appropriate account information encompassing all share products. Provide general loan information on member accounts. Process requested account transactions and assist members with account problems. Educate and increase member awareness of all Credit Union products, services and promotions. Build relationships by educating members and cross-selling. Open a variety of sub-accounts and Certificates of Deposit. Process Wire Transfer requests. Provide NADA book quotes for used automobile prices. Work a variety of shifts based on operational needs. Attend required Credit Union training and meetings. Handle other duties as assigned.
COLLECTION PROCESS REPRESENTATIVE
Department: Collections Location: Robinson Branch Salary: $1,815 per month minimum; commensurate with experience Reports to: VP – Lending
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 to 2 years consumer and/or commercial accounting experience
- Ability to handle multiple duties with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, etc)
- Experience using multiple systems (ie Teller Navigator, Akcelerent)
- Responsibilities include creating and generating reports on a monthly basis, handling end of month write offs, processing various types of transactions, working with CCCS and Balance and dealing with members on a regular basis
- Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Willingness to work with others in a positive, professional manner
- Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
- Excellent customer service experience
- Dependable
- Must remain in the position one year
Duties:
- Responsible for entering loan, Visa and negative share recommendations for write-off and Board
- Report information in Excel each month; process end of month write offs in Teller Navigator and PSCU; process past-due notices
- Prepare files and forward information to attorney for legal action
- Forward charged off accounts to third party collection agencies and serve as main contact with the agencies
- Handle payment posting, checks received by mail, over the phone and credit card payments
- Forward information to Accounting. Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Attend required Credit Union training and meetings
- Handle other duties as assigned
Collector
Department: Collections Location: Robinson Branch Salary: $2090 per month; salary commensurate with experience Reports to: VP – Lending
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years of consumer and/or commercial collection experience preferred, including early and late stage delinquent accounts (loans, Visas, negative shares)
- Knowledge of Federal and Pennsylvania State Fair Debt Collection Laws preferred
- Familiarity dealing with CCCS
- Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
- Experience using multiple systems and software (ie Datasafe, Akcelerent, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Experience dealing with attorneys and the outsourcing of bankruptcies
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple duties

Must remain in the position one year
Duties: Responsible for collection of 1-30 day delinquent loans and Visa accounts. Research accounts and contact members via phone and mail to determine reason account is past due and bring them up to date. Processing end of month write offs. Approval and follow up on CCCS and Balance accounts. Collection of charged off receivables and review of payments issued by CMC and SRA. Comply with collection laws and internal policies and procedures. Cross sell Credit Union products and services. Attend required Credit Union training and meetings. Handle other duties as assigned.
Part-Time Tellers
Department: Member Services Location: Moon Township and Wexford Branch Salary: $9.15 per hour; salary commensurate with experience Reports to: AVP – Branch & Member Services
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Teller experience preferred.
- Ability to handle cash and possess good analytical skills.
- Excellent member service skills.
- Demonstrated cross-selling skills.
- Good communication skills in person and on the telephone
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Familiar with the use of computers.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on operational needs.
- Must remain in the position one year.
- Good attendance record.
Duties- Receive and process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan/Visa payments and Visa cash advances on member accounts in person and requests by mail.
- Balance all assigned cash daily and ensure security of teller area.
- Perform daily work tasks such as computer entry of change of address, stop payments, etc.
- Cross-sell Credit Union products and services where appropriate or refer member to necessary staff.
- Answer member questions and provide appropriate suggestions to financial needs.
- Attend required Credit Union training and meetings.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
